5% Gifted Deposit Scheme –
Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
This offer is available to new buyers purchasing a property directly from Bar Homes at Pix Court.

1. Gifted Deposit Contribution

   • Bar Homes will contribute 5% of the purchase price towards the buyer’s deposit.

   • This amount will be treated as a gifted deposit and reflected on the Completion Statement at the time of legal completion.

2. Reservation Requirement

   • To qualify for the 5% Gifted Deposit Scheme, the buyer must sign and return the Reservation Form no later than 5th August 2025.

   • Reservations are subject to availability and acceptance by Bar Homes.

3. Mortgage and Legal Advice

   • Buyers must disclose the gifted deposit to their mortgage lender and are advised to seek independent mortgage and legal advice.

   • Acceptance of the gifted deposit is at the discretion of the mortgage provider.

4. Non-Transferable
   This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless agreed in writing by Bar Homes.

5. Right to Withdraw
   Bar Homes reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
